Treasury Building (Future Luxury Retail Centre)

The Ritz-Carlton will include more luxurious hotel rooms on the upper levels of the Treasury building – currently home to Brisbane’s Treasury Casino – while the lower floors of the Treasury building will host an exciting new high-end retail centre.

The repurposed building will provide a shopping oasis for locals and visitors, and connect directly to Brisbane’s retail heart in Queen Street.

The lower floors of the heritage Treasury Building will host an exciting new high-end retail centre while the upper floors will provide additional luxurious hotel rooms for The Ritz-Carlton.

It will also connect seamlessly to the new ‘Queen’s Walk’ that features new retail under Queens Gardens through to the Queen Victoria Statue.

Built in 1886, the Treasury building is located at 21 Queen Street.
