Land Administration Building (Future The Ritz-Carlton)

World-leading luxury and grandeur is coming to the river city, with Brisbane’s first The Ritz-Carlton Hotel opening in the existing Treasury Hotel.

The repurposed building will also include fine dining and signature restaurants befitting such an iconic and impressive building and world-renowned hotelier brand.

These restaurants will offer Brisbane, as well as The Ritz-Carlton guests, access to dining options ranging from international standard fine dining through to bistro options fronting Stephens Lane.

Currently nestled in the centre of the building is a unique, open-air courtyard where people can enjoy alfresco informal dining and take full advantage of Brisbane’s heritage architecture and subtropical climate.

Built in 1901, the Land Administration building is located at 142 William Street.
