Extended night works: Structural steel and precast concrete installation

Night works will continue through to Monday 31 May 2021, five nights a week. Night works are required to install structural steel and precast concrete planks within the construction site.

When:

Night works are scheduled from 6.30pm to 5.30am Monday to Friday nights until Monday 31 May 2021. These works are in addition to the standard site hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday.

Construction will not be occurring over the Easter break from Friday 2 April to Sunday 10 April 2021.

Where:

Night works will be within the Integrated Resort Development site, either side of William Street. William St and Queens Wharf Road will be used as loading zones (see map over page).

What to expect:

At times the following may be noticed:

– Engine noise from cranes when operating
– Intermittent hammering on steel
– Portable lighting directed at work areas
– Intermittent noise from mobile concrete pumping stations.
