Out-of-hours weekend works for crane relocation

On Saturday 29 May and Sunday 30 May 2021 a crane will be relocated within the Queen’s Wharf construction site.        

When:

Works to relocate a tower crane within site will occur between 6.30am to 6.30pm on Saturday 29 May and Sunday 30 May 2021 (Sunday works are out-of-hours). If for any reason works cannot go ahead on this weekend, they will be rescheduled to the next available weekend pending weather and site conditions.

Where:

The works will be undertaken within the Queen’s Wharf integrated resort development site in the area above William Street (see map attached). Traffic impacts are not expected for these works.

What to expect:

Workers on-site relocating the crane during specified hours and at times, intermittent noise including the following:

• Engine noise from operating cranes
• Noise from trucks entering and existing via William Street
• Intermittent hammering and rattle guns on steel.
